This class is for anyone who would like to dive into the secrets of “Blue Zones,” places across the globe where folks live long and healthy lives. These Blue Zones teach us how lifestyle habits, our connections, and consumption choices hold the keys to living well. This class will give us a chance to discuss what we can do right here in San Antonio to bring these tips to life.

As a retired public school teacher, a Wellness Coach, and a follower of spiritual leader Thich Nhat Hanh, Julie Little will share her perspective on how to bring more well-being and peace to our lives. She is a native Texan and has lived in many other parts of the country and the world. She offers classes in San Antonio on wellness, Tai Chi, mindfulness and now the Blue Zones: Lifestyles for Longevity.
