Imam Mustafa Safak on Islam--Crises & Suffering: Perspectives from World Religions

Join us for a Series entitled, Crisis and Suffering: Perspectives from World Religions. Every Wednesday evening, from 7:30-8:30 we will explore the insights offered from different traditions on the themes of loss, suffering, and resilience.

Imam Mustafa Safak was born and raised in a family of educators in Istanbul, Turkey. He has a B.A. in Islamic Studies from Marmara University in Turkey. Imam Safak has served as a Chaplain in Houston hospitals and for the Bexar County Detention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
