The Lord’s Prayer is likely the most well-known and memorized prayer in Christianity. It is the first prayer many learn as a child and the last one many remember in their golden years. It is so familiar we sometimes miss the depth of Jesus’ words to his disciples. If you are ready to dive deeper into the Lord’s Prayer, join us, as we examine each verse closely to discover the depth and power of this prayer for people individually and collectively.

Rev. Mignon Jones-Spann is an ordained Baptist preacher currently on staff at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in San Antonio, where she serves as the Minister of Adult, Discipleship & Evangelism and Staff Supervision. She earned a Masters of Science in Adult and Continuing Education from Kansas State University and a Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. Rev. Mignon serves on the board of the Interfaith San Antonio Alliance.
